  • For Candidates: Dex speaks with users via voice and chat to gather deep insights on skills, goals, and experience, then uses ML to uncover personalized, often unlisted opportunities. It also assists with interview prep, compensation benchmarks, and negotiation.
  • For Employers: Dex learns hiring team needs and preferences, layering that on top of a large universe of proprietary and public data to surface strong-fit candidates not visible through traditional recruiting tools.
